DNS Redirector is operated by People Technology Consulting, Inc. a privately held US company.
 
By using any DNS Redirector website; including, but not limited to any domain or subdomain of dnsredirector.com/.net, dnsredirctrl.com/.net, or badsitetest.com, or any DNS Redirector service; including, but not limited to keyword blocking/allowed content lists, other files, software, online services or documentation ("DNS Redirector") you agree to comply with and be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement"). Therefore, please review the Agreement carefully. If you do not agree with the Agreement do not use DNS Redirector.
 
Acceptance: By using DNS Redirector, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which constitutes the entire agreement between you and DNS Redirector. This Agreement supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations and warranties and understandings, whether oral or written, with respect to DNS Redirector. In the event of any conflict between the Agreement and any other agreement or understanding related to DNS Redirector, this Agreement shall control.
 
Amendments: This Agreement may be amended by DNS Redirector from time to time and your only notice of such amendment shall be the posting of the amended Agreement on this website. You are therefore advised to review the Agreement each time you use DNS Redirector.
 
Limited Right to Use: DNS Redirector and the contents herein are the intellectual property of DNS Redirector and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and proprietary rights. Viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphic, form or document from this site grants you only a limited, nonexclusive license for your personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use. This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. We may review content to determine whether it is appropriate for the particular list, and we may remove or refuse to include content that we believe violates our policies or the law. This however does not necessarily mean that we review all content, so don't assume such a review.
 
Licenses: You agree not to download or use any files or software from DNS Redirector until you read and accept the terms and conditions of the Software License Agreement. Governing Law: By using DNS Redirector, you agree that this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States of America, without regards to its conflict of law rules. By using DNS Redirector you also agree that all litigation arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought in the state courts of Lake County, State of Illinois, United States of America or, for matters involving federal jurisdiction, in the United States District Court for the State of Illinois.
